In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most of the merchandise you bought from us, by visiting our stores, within 14 days of purchase. Exchange facility currently we are not providing.
Dear customers, certain items will not be returned due to the health or hygiene related reasons. Kindly check the list of items beforehand that are non-returnable to avoid confusion.
Kindly note that products purchased under any offers, promotions, discounts or sales cannot be returned.

Terms and conditions for merchandise return:

  • merchandise should be returned in original package as received during the purchase.
  • merchandise should be unused.
  • all tags and seals should not be removed from the merchandise.
  • customers should carry dispatch note and receipts with them.
Unfortunately, in case of failure to meet any of the above conditions, product will not be returned.

Procedure of return and refund:

Almost all merchandise is eligible for return. Please call customer care on +971-(52)-4458828 to check which merchandise is eligible for return and to find out which store to visit. Send us an email at to initiate return procedure. Once you visit the store, the merchandise will be inspected. Upon a meeting terms and conditions for merchandise return, return request will be accepted. Once the return is accepted, you can collect refund from the store manager.

  • all types of earrings, with all types of locks or fixture.
  • all types of headbands.
  • all types of anklets.
  • all types of toe rings.
  • all types of bridal decoration jewelry

Cancellation policy:

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 4-5 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
