MOONSTONE accessories warranty policy and procedures
If you receive a faulty product, just make sure to return it within 14 days of receiving your delivery and we’ll refund your money, if the repair or the replacement cannot be provided. Please make sure, that you will return item unused. MOONSTONE will not cover the damage caused to your ordered items if the required safety procedures and usage instructions aren’t followed.
Procedure of return and refund
Please call customer care on +971-(52)-4458828 check to find out which store to visit. Send us an email at email to initiate return procedure. Once you visit the store, the merchandise will be inspected. Upon a meeting terms and conditions for merchandise return, return request will be accepted. Once the return is accepted, you can collect refund from the store manager. Note: refund will be given in cash, regardless of mode of payment used during purchase.
MOONSTONE accessories product care
If your items has been exposed to intense light, perfumes or any other chemicals, you may notice over time the plating may darken slightly. Avoid using ‘dip’ polish or abrasive jewellery cleaners as these contain harsh chemicals and can destroy your items over time. We also do not recommend the use of any jewellery polishing cloths which have been treated with cleaners or polishing agents. To minimise any scratching or tangling to your items, ensure necklaces and bracelets are fastened. Avoid wearing your items in the bath, shower or swimming pool, the water can cause it to discolor. Store your items away from the sun and be careful not to allow perfumes, make up, body and sun creams touch your pieces as these can tarnish plated items.
